The is one vegetable to rule them all! And scientists have found it. It can be used in many different dishes giving you all your body craves to be healthy.

Scientists work hard to study and understand the human body and the foods that can improve its functioning. The health costs of an unbalanced diet or lack of basic and essential nutritional elements can be enormous. Eating well can be the best shield against some completely preventable diseases and chronic problems. All it takes is a little effort.

With this idea in mind, a group of researchers from the William Paterson University of New Jersey carried out extensive and ambitious research in 2014. It’s no secret that vegetables should be the cornerstone of any healthy person’s daily intake. It is difficult, however, to always comply with this precept. Gluttony or haste end up throwing many of us into the arms of junk food.

The idea behind the study was to draw up a meticulous and detailed list of the most nutritionally complete vegetables. For this, firstly, the substances that every human being should ingest daily and in what proportion were determined. In total, there were 17 essential dietary elements. Later, up to 47 vegetables were analyzed to make the final ranking.

It is enough to include a small handful in the daily diet to notice big changes.

It grows in large numbers in some parts of Asia and Europe, and on the internet there are many tasty and imaginative ideas on how to incorporate it into your daily diet. Some of the recipes are also extraordinarily easy to make. There are fewer and fewer excuses to turn your back on healthy habits. All it takes is the will to do things better.
