Estados UnidosUpdate:
SpaceX prepares for fourth Starship launch

Aiming to perfect a reusable rocket, SpaceX is moving forward with Starship testing. While the last three launches ended in fire, Elon Musk’s company is going to carry out a new launch before the investigation into the failures of the previous rocket has concluded.

The company is still awaiting regulatory approval from the Federal Aviation Administration (FFA), however, all preparations have already been made for the fourth launch. At the moment, the tentative date for the fourth test is set for next Thursday, June 6, provided FFA approval is obtained.

However, this does not necessarily represent a threat to Musk’s plans, since in previous launches, the company obtained approval between one and two days before the scheduled date.

What is the mission of the fourth launch?

With the fourth Starship test launch, SpaceX aims to demonstrate the ability to return and reuse Starship and Super Heavy.” If the mission turns out to be successful, man would be closer to finding a way to “easily” access space.

“The fourth flight of Starship will aim to bring us closer to the rapidly reusable future on the horizon,” reads the SpaceX website. “We’re continuing to rapidly develop Starship, putting flight hardware in a flight environment to learn as quickly as possible as we build a fully reusable transportation system designed to carry crew and cargo to Earth orbit, the Moon, Mars and beyond.”
