The IRS is paying Florida taxpayers $61 million in unclaimed tax refunds: How to know if you qualify
How do I qualify for the Florida IRS tax refunds?

The IRS recently announced that more than 1.1 million people still haven’t claimed their tax refunds for the 2021 tax year — but time is running out. By law, taxpayers have three years to file and claim their refunds. The deadline to file is April 15 and after that, the money goes to the U.S. Treasury — for good.
According to the official website, the median refund for those who have failed to file their returns is estimated at $781, and that number does not include other possible credits like the Recovery Rebate Credit.
Many low income workers could qualify for the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC), which could be worth as much as $6,728 for taxpayers with qualifying children.

How can I get my documents to receive a tax refund?
In order to receive any money, the IRS is urging taxpayers to act now to gather 2021 tax info and meet the aforementioned April deadline. The quickest method is logging into their IRS Individual Online Account to access past tax records; if online access isn’t possible, use “Get Transcript by Mail” on IRS.gov or call 800-908-9946.
