From Steph Curry to Lebron James: The NBA stars who endorse Kamala Harris
A considerable of NBA stars have voiced their support for the Democratic candidate, Kamala Harris.
It was the world of sports worst kept secret and very few were surprised when NBA legend LeBron James posted a video to his 53 million Twitter (X) and 159 million Instagram followers earlier this week with a powerful political video showing his dislike for Donald Trump and clear support for Kamala Harris.

“What are we even talking about here?? When I think about my kids and my family and how they will grow up, the choice is clear to me. VOTE KAMALA HARRIS!!!”
The basketball star’s message came in the final stretch of the political campaign with Lebron adding his support to many other basketball stars who have publicly endorsed the Democratic candidate.
Curry, ardent Democrat
Stephen Curry has shown his support for Kamala on several occasions in recent months, so much so that the charismatic Golden State Warriors point guard participated in August by videoconference at the Democratic convention with a Paris 2024 Olympic basketball gold medal on his neck.
“A sophisticated leader who I am confident can lead our country, bring hope, inspiration, unity. There are many issues to face in our country, much progress to be made. But a level of decency and humanity in a top leadership position is critical and she has it,” Curry said in back at the NBA media day in September.
