Verizon customers are reporting issues connecting to the cellular network this morning. The outage seems to be affecting customers across the country. A look at the website Down Detector, which allows users to report issues, has seen over 100,000 reports made in the last hour, and that number is continuing to rise. Sal Castaneda, a reporter with KTVU, said that the company had acknowledged a significant outage affecting cities across California.

The company’s social media pages have no public statement posted, but it appears that on X, representatives are responding to customers voicing their frustration with the outage and advising them to send a direct message to the Verizon account.
