Día de Acción de Gracias: ¿por qué no se celebra en México?¿qué fiestas parecidas se celebran?

As we approach holiday season people tend to fall back on the same time-honoured favourites. With just two days to go until Thanksgiving, for many home chefs that means returning to the recipes of Ina Garten, also known as the Barefoot Contessa.

Her traditional-style recipes bring modern techniques and handy shortcuts to well-known Thanksgiving recipes. In a recent interview with the New York Times, Garten stressed that “store-bought is fine.”

“I think just for Thanksgiving, all bets are off,” she said. “Whatever you need to do to get Thanksgiving dinner on the table is OK.”

Whether you want to keep things classic or are looking to mix up the Thanksgiving offering, the Barefoot Contessa has you covered. Here’s some of her top recipes for a Thanksgiving to remember…
