The many national parks opens up many opportunities for those looking to escape into nature.

In March and April, the daily highs vary between the high 60s and low 70s —perfect for hiking, shopping, or exploring the local art scene.

California
The Golden State has a lot of offer spring breakers.
San Diego, Los Angeles, and Santa Barbara are great, but expensive options, for those looking to hit the beach and catch some rays (or waves!). Santa Cruz, Monetary, and Half Moon Bay which are a bit further north are great options for those who want to do some hiking while still enjoying an ocean view.
California is also one of the only destinations on this list where hitting the slopes for a ski or snowboard vacation is possible. Of all years to spend spring break in a cooler area, this may just be it considering the record snowfall the Sierra Nevada Mountains have received.
Florida
Of the four states listed, Florida, is the most widely recognized as spring break hotspot. There are cities scattered across the state that are prepared (whether their residents like it or not) to welcome college students looking to party.
From Daytona Beach and Panama City to Miami and Key West, there are no shortage of options for those looking for a good time.
Panama City, which sits on the Gulf of Mexico provides a different ocean experience, compared to cities like Miami which sit on the opposite side of the state. Both, however, have plenty of options for college students. Booking accommodations will get increasingly more expensive as March and April approach, so those looking to head to Florida (especially groups) should book ASAP.
In Miami, some of the most beloved hotels for spring breakers include Delano South Beach, The National, and Surfcomber.
Texas
The Lone Star state has a few underrated spring break spots that are sure to bring the fun of Florida, but without such enormous crowds.
Galveston Island has long been a favorite for students looking to make the most of their spring break. Full of bars, restaurants, beautiful beaches, and great shopping, Galveston is sure to keep visitors busy. Hampton Inn & Suites Galveston, Casa Del Mar Beachfront Suites, and Best Western Plus Galveston Suites are some of the most highly rated hotels in the area, but will fill up quick.
