Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk issued some controversial remarks regarding his transgender daughter during a recent interview.

The tycoon’s daughter Vivian Jenna Wilson, born Xavier, underwent gender-affirming treatment which Musk said he was duped into approving.

“I was tricked into giving my son puberty blockers. These are sterilization drugs. My son Xavier is dead, killed by the woke mind virus. This is why I vowed to destroy the woke virus,” he said.

“I lost my son. They call it ‘deadnaming’ for a reason and that is because your son is dead.”

Musk also posted on social media that “Xavier was born gay and slightly autistic , two attributes that contribute to gender dysphoria.”

What did Elon Musk’s transgender daughter say about her father?

Wilson has finally spoken out on her father’s anti-trans statements.

Vivian Jenna, born of the businessman’s marriage to Canadian writer Justine Wilson, responded to her father’s statements through a post on Threads, calling her father “absent” and “unsupportive”.

“I think he assumed I wasn’t going to say anything and just let this go unanswered, which I’m not going to do. If you’re going to lie about me, blatantly, in front of an audience of millions, I’m not going to let that go,” she said.

Musk, ‘absentee father’

Wilson said the billionaire could not accurately describe how she was as a child because he was an absentee parent.

Musk “doesn’t know what I was like as a child because he quite simply wasn’t there, and in the little time that he was I was relentlessly harassed for my femininity and queerness.”

She added that for as long as she can remember, her father has not been as present as he should have been. “He was a very cold father. He got angry very quickly. He’s indifferent and very narcissistic.”

Wilson also revealed that Musk scolded her for behavior he considered feminine when she was a child. “I was in fourth grade. We went on a road trip that I didn’t know was actually just an advertisement for one of the cars, I don’t remember which one; and he yelled at me constantly and brutally because my voice was too high-pitched,” she recalled.

“It was cruel.”

Wilson drops Musk’s surname

In 2022, Wilson filed a petition with a California court to change her last name, arguing that she no longer lived with her biological father and that she did not wish to “be related to him in any way.

She then chose to keep a low profile, but was forced to speak publicly after Musk controversial remarks.

On her father’s comment that his child was dead, Wilson posted, “I look pretty good for a dead b**ch.
