Christmas is less than 24 hours away, and if you have entered into a state of panic because you haven’t checked off everyone on your Christmas list or you still haven’t shopped for the all ingredients you need to prepare your holiday dinner, no need to worry, you still have an option to get everything done before the big day actually comes.

Walmart is a popular shopping destination among Americans, whether it’s for groceries, electronics, toys, or apparel. According to data from the retailing giant, 90% of US households shop at Walmart each year. This makes the store an important destination through the holidays.

During last year’s holiday season, 87% of the retailer’s customers made their purchases in-store. If you’re doing absolute-last-minute shopping, then you will likely be heading to a physical location as it’s too late to make online purchases that would get to you in time.

What time does Walmart close on Christmas Eve?

All Walmart stores will be open on Christmas Eve from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., giving you ample time to rustle up gifts for those you forgot to prioritize on your list. This is your last chance to make your purchases, as all their locations will be closed on Christmas Day.

Try to get to the nearest store as early as possible, because the best deals might have already been all snapped up (not to mention there might be no stocks left!), and the not-very-well-thought-of gift you give could end up being unwanted and then brought to a white elephant gift exchange so the recipient can get rid of it!
