WhatsApp will stop working on these cell phone models as of July 1 2024
Check and see if you will be able to use WhatsApp on your phone after July 1 2024.

Technology advances every day and applications are constantly being updated. While this may seem positive, there is an inconvenient element to it as it means that some of our devices stop receiving support and some become obselete over time.
WhatsApp, the most used messaging app in the world, is a good example of this across these months we have seen how some phones are no longer compatible. Well, as of July 1, there will be a new group of phones added to the group.
WHATSAPP BOOMERS a term coined by Jamie adenuga to describe people that have a smart phone and don’t know how to use anything except WhatsApp.

Why is WhatsApp stopping on some phones?
The reason for the incompatibility is very simple: an increase in the technical and software requirements of WhatsApp.

This means that the aforementioned models will be below the performance required for the app to work properly with other phones.
However, it’s not entirely the end if you have one of the above models, you can also use WhatsApp Web from any browser (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Edge...) without downloading or installing anything. Just search for the site online and you’re good to go.
