PnB Rock has been killed at the age of 30 after being shot while dining at Roscoe’s Chicken & Waffles in Los Angeles with his girlfriend.

PnB Rock, also known by his real name as Rakim Hasheem Allen, was shot dead last night in the latest robbery-attack of a rapper supposedly using GPS technology.

The rapper was enjoying an evening in the company of his girlfriend when he was shot. According to TMZ, PnB Rock was rushed to a Los Angeles area hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Suspect is on the run

Currently, the suspect is a fugitive, however, the corresponding authorities have already begun the investigation of the homicide through videos from the establishment's surveillance cameras.

According to a witness reported for the aforementioned American tabloid, PnB Rock was shot after they tried to rob him. It is worth mentioning that, hours before the death of the musician was announced, the rapper took to his official Instagram account to share a story where he was seen wearing expensive jewelery. It has been suggsted that another instagram post had the location of Allen and his girlfriend which ws used by the attacker to locate the pair.

PnB Rock's trajectory

PnB Rock released his debut mixtape in 2014. Thanks to it, he landed a contract with Atlantic Records and moved from Philadelphia to Los Angeles. In fact, his stage name refers to the corner of the neighborhood where he grew up: Pastorius and Baynton.

Throughout his artistic career, PnB Rock has collaborated with greats of the genre, such as Chance the Rapper, Wiz Khalifa, 2 Chainz, Kodak Black, Young Thug, A Boogie wit da Hoodie and even Ed Sheeran.

In addition to their mixtapes, PnB Rock released two studio albums, “Catch These Vibes” (2017) and “TrapStar Turnt PopStar” (2019).
