Republican primary voters will not be able to witness a debate between Donald Trump and his challengers within the party on Wednesday evening. The Trump campaign has requested the Republican National Committee to cancel the upcoming debate, as they view it as an act of disloyalty, given that he is the clear frontrunner and party leader.

The last debate of the year is scheduled to take place at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa on Wednesday. The event will feature four qualified candidates, including Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley, and businessman Vivek Ramaswamy. Voters will have the opportunity to hear from each candidate and make an informed decision. The event will begin at 8 pm ET and will be moderated by NBC host Megyn Kelly, NewsNation anchor Elizabeth Vargas, and The Washington Free Beacon Editor-in-Chief Eliana Johnson.

Donald Trump chose not to attend the first presidential debate and instead appeared on Tucker Carlson’s new show on Twitter (formerly known as Periscope). While the debate was watched by around 13 million people, the Trump campaign claimed that his interview had been seen by over 100 million people. However, this claim was misleading because a “view” was counted even if an individual had only come across a tweet about the interview and did not actually watch the conversation.

During the second debate, Donald Trump decided to skip the event and visited Michigan instead. Although the visit was promoted as an opportunity to meet autoworkers during the United Auto Workers’ historic strike, the location chosen was actually non-unionized. UAW President Sean Fain openly expressed his lack of support for Trump and saw no advantage in meeting with the GOP frontrunner. However, Trump still tried to convince UAW to endorse his candidacy.

Will Donald Trump attend the fourth debate?

Donald Trump has not confirmed whether he will attend the debate or not. However, based on his previous statements, it seems unlikely that he will participate. Even if he wanted to join, he would not be eligible because he failed to meet the criteria. Although he has received enough donations and has more support than required to qualify for the debate, he refused to sign an agreement to support the primary winner, which disqualifies him.

Instead of attending the debate the GOP frontrunner will host a fundraiser in Florida.
