We can find up to 17 Rebel Outposts in Horizon Forbidden West and each of them has a leader that we must find and defeat. We can opt for stealth and thus go killing each of the rebel members little by little. But the most effective method is to move quickly around the place, find the one who carries the most powerful weapons and finish him off, either by melee or with other weapons. In general, it will not be difficult to identify the leader, since he is in a privileged position of the post and will be marked automatically as we approach him.
