Overwatch 2 beta: minimum and recommended requirements unveiled

Overwatch 2 celebrates its first beta period between April 26 and May 17. This playable preview available to players allows them to explore some of the changes that the sequel will bring, such as the changes that Orisa, Doomfist and Sombra have received, as well as the debut of Sojourn as a new heroine.

Blizzard has shared the requirements for the beta. In the case of the minimum requirements, they emphasize that it aims at low settings at 30 frames per second. The recommended requirements, on the other hand, will allow you to play at double the framerate (60fps) at medium quality. As development progresses, it will be optimized.

How to enter Overwatch 2 beta?

This first round of the Overwatch 2 beta will remain available only on Windows PC. Blizzard has revealed that future promotions "may include" console versions, but have no specific release window.

Beyond registering on their website, which is out of the question at this point, the best way to get a beta is to watch at least 4 hours of Overwatch 2 streaming during a specific time slot. By clicking on this link you can find out how to apply for the campaign and how you will receive your access to the beta.
