Aaron Greenberg unveils Xbox + Bethesda Showcase length

Aaron Greenberg, Xbox's chief marketing and general manager, has announced the duration of tomorrow's Xbox event with news for the coming months.

Update:
Aaron Greenberg unveils Xbox + Bethesda Showcase length

Given the lack of E3, each company has set a specific day to celebrate their own event, and tomorrow, Sunday at 10:00 AM PT / 1:00 PM ET is the turn of the Xbox + Bethesda Showcase. In it, we expect to see some of the news that are coming to Xbox consoles and PC, in a particularly important celebration, after the painful delay of Starfield, and whose length has already been announced by Aaron Greenberg, one of the visible heads of the company.

As announced by Greenberg on Twitter, tomorrow's Xbox + Bethesda Showcase will last around 95 minutes. Thus, and in the meantime, pending to know if Nintendo or Sony prepare any surprise for the coming days, Microsoft will be the only hardware manufacturer that will have its own event in the context of the Summer Game Fest, with just over an hour and a half of content.

An hour and a half to discover the new features of Xbox

During those 95 minutes it is expected that, although we will not have it in stores until 2023, Starfield will be present with a new video, probably in the form of gameplay. Another game delayed until next year that should also make an appearance is Redfall, by Arkane Studios, creators of Dishonored, Prey and Deathloop.

It is too early to know if there will be new samples of games already in development but in an early stage, such as Avowed, the RPG from Obsidian, or Everwild, the new game from Rare, who are still busy bringing new content to Sea of Thieves, as well as Fable by Playground Games. Those who could surprise us are Machine Games, creators of the latest Wolfenstein games, and who have confirmed their presence, so it would not be surprising if they bring us the third installment.

In addition, as we learned a few days ago, things will not end on Sunday, as Microsoft has announced an Xbox + Bethesda Showcase Extended next Tuesday, also starting 1:00 PM ET. It will be a more sober presentation, something in the style of the Nintendo Treehouse of previous editions of E3.
