Pokémon GO July 2022 Community Day with Starly: date, bonus and special research

We now know when our monthly Pokémon GO event will take place. The July 2022 Community Day will be focused on Starly, the Starling Pokémon, and will take place on July 17 between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM (local time). Below we will go over all the details about its special research, bonuses and raids.

July Community Day 2022: Starly

During the hours that the event lasts, not only will wild Starly appear more frequently but also the "Special Research story: Field Notes: Starly" will take place. As always with this type of research, it will cost $1 and we will be able to buy it either for ourselves or for a friend.

If we have a raid or premium battle pass, when the event ends at 2:00 PM; we will have three hours to face the four-star raids (from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM). Staravia will appear in these raids and if we succeed in winning against Staravia, more Starly will appear in the gym where the fight took place for 30 minutes.

Finally, it is worth remembering that we will be able to get Starly stickers by spinning PokéStops, opening gifts and buying them in the in-game store, and that all the Starly we evolve to Staravia during the event (or up to five hours after it ends) will know the fast attack Gust. It does 16 damage in trainer fights and 25 in gyms and raids.
