When does Fall Guys' new season come to an end?
Now that Fall Guys is free to play it has also rebooted its season system and we already know the date for the new maps, modes and costumes.
Just like the phoenix, Fall Guys has risen from the ashes. This famous party game was very much in trend during the lockdown months, but since then its numbers had been slowly but inexorably declining. And when it seemed doomed, Mediatonic and Devolver Digital made the best possible decision: to make it free to play. Now the game is free for everyone and anyone can try this hilarious and highly recommended title. In addition, the game is no longer exclusive to Steam and Sony consoles (PS4 and PS5), being also available now on Nintendo Switch, Epic Games Store, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
Since this decision, the number of users has not stopped growing. Fall Guys is going through a second wind as a free-to-play game, which has also led it to regenerate its season system. Although it was the turn of season 7, with the change of model the numbers have been restarted and we are back to season 1. And although the previous ones had begun to take up to six months in time, this reboot will also allow faster updates and the next one is scheduled for the month of August.
Fall Guys, what are the seasons?
Like all other battle royale and service games, Fall Guys is divided into seasons of several months. Every time a season ends, the game is updated with new tests, themed decorations and unlockable rewards. We have to play as many times as we can between seasons to level up our character and earn new costumes and cosmetic items.
When does the Fall Guys season end?
Right now we are immersed in Season 1: Free for All, which would actually come to be Season 7, but the number has been rebooted as Fall Guys has become free to play. It will be available from June 21, 2022 through August 29, 2022.
New features include new rounds, new obstacles and new challenges. From that date we will move on to season 2, with a leitmotif yet to be announced.
