Pokémon Scarlet and Violet: every Mystery Gift code available right now
We take a look at everything you can get through the Mystery Gift feature in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, including a Flying Pikachu.
The Mystery Gift feature has been a mainstay of the Pokémon franchise for decades, and that hasn’t changed in Scarlet and Violet. Its use is still familiar for veterans of the games, in that you need to use different codes shared by Nintendo which are to be revealed little by little. These codes will in turn reward you with special Pokémon, items, missions and other additional content that can’t be accessed in any other way. As of this moment, there’s not a lot of them announced, but we’ll update this article every time we find a new one.

How to receive a mystery Gift in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet
To be enter the Mystery Gift menu in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you only need to follow this easy steps:
- Launch Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet from the Nintendo Switch HOME Menu.
- Press the X Button during gameplay to access the in-game menu.
- Select Poké Portal.
- Select Mystery Gift.
Don't forget that this option becomes available after you reach the first Pokémon Center in Los Platos. Once you're inside the menu, there's a couple of options to choose from:
- Get via internet: allows you to receive a gift whenever there’s an active promo.
- Get with Code/Password: allows you to obtain Pokémon or items by entering certain codes, or when there’s an active promo.
- Check Mystery Gifts: Allows you to look at every gift you’ve received in the game.
- Check Poké Portal News: Let’s you update certain event data for the game, such as new Pokémon to challenge in Tera Raids
