Fortnite Season 1 Chapter 4 has brought with it a new Battle Pass, which translates into new Outfits and new items. In this section of our Fortnite guide we tell you what are all the rewards of the new Battle Pass:
What is Fortnite Battle Pass, how does it work?
The Battle Pass is an additional paid service that is not necessary to play Fortnite, as it is a free to play game. Its purchase is recommended for those who play the most and/or want to obtain exclusive items, as it offers access to content that cannot be obtained or unlocked in any other way. Each season has its own Pass and these expire from one season to another, so the Battle Pass of Season 1 of Chapter 4 will not be useful for Season 2. Nor will the Battle Pass of Season 3 be useful for Season 4. The Battle Pass costs 950 V-Bucks. Another option to get it is to be subscribed to the Fortnite Club.
As we go up levels we will get Battle Stars (five each level) to unlock Battle Pass items. Some of these rewards are V-Bucks, Fortnite's virtual currency; so, if we have been saving them during the previous season, it is perfectly possible to get the current season's Battle Pass for free.
The biggest new features of the Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 Season Pass are the new Outfits of the Doom Slayer and Geralt of Rivia.
