Shingeki no Kyojin Final Season Part 3 now has a release date... and is split into two more parts

Attack on Titan announces when the third part of the anime's season will be released and confirms that it will once again be split into two.

Update:
Shingeki no Kyojin Final Season Part 3 now has a release date... and is split into two more parts

This already looks like a tribute to the Marx Brothers. Shingeki no Kyojin (aka Attack on Titan) has announced the release date for Part 3 of its Final Season... and it turns out that it will once again be split in two and will be composed of Part 3.1 and Part 3.2. You know, "The first part of the party of the first part shall be known in this contract as the first part of the party of the first part."

The first part of the last season of Shingeki no Kyojin will premiere on March 3, 2023, and the second (and hopefully this time, definitive) will arrive later, on a date yet to be determined (although also belonging to 2023). This has been announced in social media, where the news is accompanied by a first teaser trailer:

Its creator apologizes for the ending

We will see what changes, if any, to the anime's ending will be made with respect to the manga. It would certainly not be surprising if we consider that a few months ago we could see the author of Shingeki coming out to apologize in tears due to the hate that generated the series's controversial closure. "I still have doubts in me about the way it ended, and I’m still suffering for it. I’m very sorry," confessed a visibly affected Hajime Isayama at Anime NYC 2022.

Fortunately, the audience of the event was up to the task, and to the shout of "We love you", the audience burst into applause for the mangaka. Because no matter how it ends, the important thing is the journey that Isayama has given us. A journey full of adventures, surprises, and excitement. "Thank you very much. I'm trying not to cry," was all that came out after such a show of affection. Here is a video that captures that tragic moment:
