This new collaboration focuses on the movie Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero and brings Gohan and Piccolo as new outfits to the Epic Games game. Fortnite x Dragon Ball Super: Here are the new outfits for Gohan and Piccolo
Patch 23.30 arrived in Fortnite on January 31, bringing new content to the game, including this new Dragon Ball Super collaboration. The Gohan and Piccolo outfits are available from the Fortnite Store, and should be available today once the maintenance period for this update ends.
These are all of Gohan and Piccolo's items in Fortnite with their respective prices in V-Bucks (1,000 V-Bucks = $7.99):

Dragon Ball Super Kamehameha returns in Fortnite
Son Gohan and Piccolo's arrival in Fortnite brought back the iconic Dragon Ball items, both the Nimbus Cloud and the Kamehameha. During Battle Royale and Zero Build matches, these items will drop from the sky in capsules. They will remain active until Patch 23.40 is released on February 14.
Dragon Ball Super Creative Map returns to Fortnite
The Dragon Ball Adventure Island is back in Fortnite's Creative Mode. We can access it from the Discover tab or by entering the island code 5642-8525-5429.
Starting January 31 at 9 AM ET, a quest will be available to get the Gohan Beast Spray for free. And on February 7 at 9 AM ET, another quest will be available to get the Orange Piccolo Spray for free.

To get the free Orange Piccolo Spray in Fortnite, we need to enter the Dragon Ball Super Creative Island from January 31 at 9 AM ET. The island code is 5642-8525-5429. This is a Q from Week 9 of Fortnite Season 1 Chapter 4.
Once here, the mission to overcome is simply to obtain four Dragon Balls by completing various tasks while playing on this map.
