Keanu Reeves knows which Marvel superhero he wants to play
The Canadian actor has no regrets about turning down any roles, but he does have one unfulfilled wish regarding the Marvel Universe.
He is one of the most popular actors and his career has been as long as few others. So it is logical that his name is often mentioned, especially when the major production companies are preparing to draw their roadmap, as in the case of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Everyone would like to have a figure like Keanu Reeves, especially when it is he himself who does not hesitate to express the desire to play different characters.
Last October, we learned the Marvel Comics character that he would like to play: Ghost Rider, but now, thanks to a recent Ask Me Anything (AMA) on Reddit, it turns out that there is another one on the list: none other than The Wolverine, one of the most popular superheroes we know. In one of the questions he answered, he assured that he has no regrets about turning down a role, but he did reveal one wish that he has yet to fulfill: I did always want to play Wolverine," he explains.
He's not Wolverine, but John Wick
We don't know if we'll ever see Keanu Reeves in the role of the Marvel superhero, but next March 24th we'll be able to enjoy the long-awaited John Wick 4, whose new trailer left us speechless a few weeks ago. "Before he can earn his freedom, Wick must face a new enemy with powerful alliances across the globe and forces that turn old friends into foes," we can read in the synopsis of what will be the most action-packed movie of the franchise.
John Wick 4 is not long to be released in theaters, but there is plenty of time to discover, or re-watch, this action franchise that puts Keanu Reeves as one of the most impressive action actors of recent years.
