The star of ‘Reacher’ has become one of the biggest names in television, and now he wants to become the Night as DC Studios’ new Batman.
Alan Ritchson is one of the most popular names in the world of television right now thanks to the success of ‘Reacher’, a series in which he is the protagonist. Ritchson has an extensive resume throughout his career, but it is now when everything begins to emerge for the actor, even with rumors that place him as the next Batman. ComicBook was able to speak with him and ask him about this possibility, given that James Gunn wants to do something really big with ‘The Brave and the Bold’.
Regarding the possibility of being Batman, Ritchson stated that “as huge as this rumor mill is, I feel like this part should be offered on a silver platter at this point. I would love to play Batman. But, I’m not yet Batman. I don’t know what, I don’t know what Gunn’s approach is gonna be. But yeah, that’d be great. He’s one of the most iconic characters of all time.”

Alan Ritchson, a career in constant growth
Ritchson has only grown in recent times, and the role of Jack Reacher has been the one that has catapulted him to absolute stardom. An imposing physique and a charisma that attracts the viewer and, before him, rumors about a role that would undoubtedly be the most important of his career: “The fact that people are interested in me playing Batman is a real honor and privilege. It’s one of the first characters I fell in love with as a child: I still remember the big, long pistol coming out of Joker’s pants as he goes to shoot down the Batplane. Those iconic moments really resonated with me as a child. For there to even be a conversation or a rumor mill surrounding this role, for me… all I can do is laugh. I just think it’s wild that’s where we are.”
