Amazon Prime Day 2023 is just around the corner. July 11 and 12 will be one of the most important sales periods on the site, with a barrage of offers on all kinds of products. You will find offers on the entire line of Amazon products (Echo, Fire TV Stick, Kindle...), as well as huge discounts on Smart TVs, sound bars, computers, and more. But which offers are real and which are not?

Luckily, it’s pretty easy to tell if an Amazon Prime Day deal is real or not. For this, there are two price checkers that work really well. We are talking about CamelCamelCamel and Keepa. Yes, their names are not intuitive at all, but they work really well.

Use these deal trackers to not get tricked

CamelCamelCamel is a very complete website that you have available through this link. All you have to do is look for an offer and put the link in CamelCamelCamel and this website will tell you the different prices it has had.

A very interesting detail is that CamelCamelCamel works with every single version of Amazon around the world, so you can see other offers on the different websites of the online sales giant to hunt for the best bargains.

As a second option, you have Keepa. The reason is that this option works extremely well and is the one we personally use to find the best deals on Amazon. For starters, Keepa is also completely free, and an ideal tool to tell if an Amazon Prime Day sale is real or if they’ve jacked up a price before the start of the sale only to lower it to regular price (or higher).

Best of all, in addition to being able to download the official Keepa app on your phone, it has a powerful extension for Chrome that will allow you to see the fluctuation of prices in real-time.

The extension is available through this link. In the image above these lines, we see an offer for the LG OLED C3. And we see that the price has been fluctuating over time until it fell in price as Prime Day approaches.

With this, you can see that the model has a good price and know that it will not be a hoax. So, feel free to try Keepa in your browser, or install the official app for Android on your phone by following this link.
