Star Wars
Andor Season 2 presents its first trailer and poster bringing back the political intrigue
“You’re here. You’re right here and you’re ready to fight.”

The Star Wars shows on Disney+ have, for the most part, not been to the liking of fans of the franchise. While The Mandalorian has been a resounding success and Ahsoka has been an incredible tie-in to the Star Wars Rebels storyline, others have not had the same appeal. Series such as The Book of Boba Fett, the long-awaited Obi-Wan Kenobi, or The Acolyte didn’t quite take off, and critics were harsh on what was being done with that galaxy far, far away.
However, one of these shows did end up paying for the lack of interest, although it was a surprise. Andor, starring Diego Luna, was a different take on the world of Star Wars, and after an impressive Season 1 in 2022, this series, which serves as a prequel to Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, will return this year. Its new trailer was released this morning and you can watch it below.
A criticaly acclaimed Star Wars series
The trailer not only shows us new scenes from this season, but also does something strange. Since the last Star Wars productions did not meet the expectations of the fans, the trailer shows us a lot of the good reviews that the first season of Andor had.
Along with the trailer, the season poster was also released, featuring Cassian Andor in a main image that pays homage to the Rogue One poster. Undoubtedly, a teaser that tries to connect the series with the important mission of the Rebels to steal the Death Star plans on Scarif - and one of the biggest movies of the franchise.

Andor Season 2 stars Diego Luna, Stellan Skarsgård, Genevieve O’Reilly, Denise Gough, Kyle Soller, Adria Arjona, Faye Marsay, Varada Sethu, Elizabeth Dulau, and Alan Tudyk, with Ben Mendelsohn and Forest Whitaker. The series was created by Tony Gilroy, who also serves as an executive producer along with Kathleen Kennedy, Sanne Wohlenberg, Diego Luna, Luke Hull, and John Gilroy.
Andor Season 2 will premiere on Disney+ on April 22 and will feature a total of 12 episodes.
