Assassin’s Creed Codename Red already has a release window, according to an employee

The next great game in the saga, yet to be titled, will finally take us to a feudal Japan of ninjas and samurai.

Update:
Assassin's Creed Codename Red

Assassin’s Creed Mirage is a mirage of the classic formula. Starting with the next title, the franchise will return to its more role-playing style. Ubisoft already announced that Assassin’s Creed Codename Red would let us get lost in feudal Japan, but what it did not reveal is when we could do it. An employee seems to have cleared up this doubt on her personal Linkedin (via PCGamesN).

Arisa Lagunzad, head of business development and partner alliances, posted on social media that Codename Red will be “the biggest blockbuster of 2024.″ As soon as the media noticed, the employee deleted the year, if not the release. “Japan was the most requested history/culture from AC fans,” she wrote. “We are seeking sponsoring partner for this title Assassin’s Creed Condename Red,” which they hope to secure next year.

What do we know about Assassin’s Creed Codename RED?

Few details have been revealed about the new game in the series. In a presentation attended by MeriStation, they defined it as the future of open-world RPG titles within the brand. Developed by Ubisoft Quebec, the same studio behind Assassin’s Creed Odyssey and Immortals Fenyx Rising, it will allow us to live a “ninja fantasy”.

The future of Assassin’s Creed is assured. The French company is working on several projects, including Assassin’s Creed VR Nexus, Assassin’s Creed Jade for iOS and Android mobile devices, and the future Assassin’s Creed Codename Hexe, set in the time of the Holy Roman Empire. According to a leak by Tom Henderson, the fourth installment will get a complete remake.

Ubisoft has just released Assassin’s Creed Mirage on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC, a game that follows the playable guidelines of the classics, with some new features in its gameplay formula and has become a success.
