Bender in Fortnite? New teaser reveals collaboration with Futurama

Fortnite continues to surprise with the craziest and most colorful collaborations. This time, it has been announced that it will be collaborating with Futurama, the popular animated series from Matt Groening, the creator of The Simpsons.

A Futurama collaboration is coming to Fortnite: all the details so far

At 7:00 a.m. PT on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, the official Fortnite accounts on various social media sites released a strange Futurama teaser. And the collaboration is more than imminent, as it has the date of July 26, 2023.

“ALL HAIL HYPNOTOAD!” read the original message accompanying the post. The official trailer for the collaboration will be released on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at 2:00 AM PT. We’ve left the video below so you can watch it as soon as it’s released:

This content is not currently available in the Fortnite file system, so we understand that it will be added via patch 25.20, which would be released on Wednesday, July 26. We also do not know what exactly the collaboration consists of, although the fact that Epic Games wanted to generate interest through a teaser and the creation of a specific trailer would indicate the existence of Futurama outfits in Fortnite.  Will we see Fry, Leela, and Bender, or even Zoidberg? For now, we can only speculate; there are less than twenty-four hours until we know which outfits and which Futurama items are coming to Fortnite. We will be sure to update this information as soon as we know more.

We remind you that this isn’t the first time that Fortnite gets a collaboration with characters from an animated western series. We’ve had Rick and Morty outfits in the past... not to mention some really bizarre collaborations, like the one with El Chapulín Colorado.
