Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Wows in Big Trailer: Gameplay, Return of Classic Maps, and More

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is already here. The new installment of the franchise takes the final leap into the public light with a gameplay trailer full of great moments. Makarov joins the reboot as the main threat in a conflict that we will lead along with Captain Price, Soap, Ghost, and the rest of the 141st Task Force. You can check out the trailer below:

The key elements to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3: MW2 maps, zombies...

There is no expansion: Modern Warfare 3 will be a premium version dedicated to fans. At launch, multiplayer will feature the 16 multiplayer maps from the original Modern Warfare 2. Yes, the ones from 2009. They promise that they have been “modernized with new modes and gameplay features” that take advantage of the new additions to the game’s arsenal. In addition, more than 12 unreleased 6 vs. 6 maps are expected to be part of the content added throughout the seasons.

The cooperative mode is also not far behind. Sledgehammer is working with Treyarch to create the so-called Modern Warfare Zombies, the return of the undead with a new twist, and is that you will play with other squads against “massive hordes” in “the largest Call of Duty Zombies map ever”.

Regarding the campaign, the studio notes that they will be introducing “open combat missions” in which you will be able to choose your play style. You will have at your fingertips different equipment to tie the bow of the missions both in stealth and pulling the trigger left and right. All while maintaining the “signature cinematic Call of Duty campaign missions.”

We know that the game will have a public beta which PlayStation users will have early access. In addition, those who pre-order the game can play the campaign a week early.
