The new film in the ‘Fast & Furious’ franchise is already underway with a stellar cast, as usual. But if there weren’t enough stars already set to appear in ‘Fast X: Part 2,’ one of the biggest names in soccer over the last 20 years, Cristiano Ronaldo, has now joined the cast.

The Portuguese soccer player is already on set with the rest of the cast, and Tyrese Gibson immortalized the moment on his X profile. In the photo, from left to right, are Vin Diesel, Cristiano Ronaldo, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Jason Statham, Michelle Rodriguez, Gibson, and rapper Ludacris.

Diesel confirmed a few days ago that they had written a character for the Al-Nassr player, something that many people did not take seriously, thinking he was joking. The image makes it clear that Cristiano Ronaldo will indeed be in ‘Fast X: Part 2.’

Alongside the stars of the film, there is a constellation of stars unmatched not only in the saga, but in action cinema as a whole. Jason Momoa, Charlize Theron, John Cena, Jenna Ortega, Gal Gadot, Idris Elba, Brie Larson, Helen Mirren, Ryan Reynolds, Alan Ritchson... No big deal.
