EA Sports FC, the successor to FIFA 24, reveals its biggest secret: release date leaked

Important EA Sports FC information, such as the release date and final title, is leaked by a well-known insider.

The secret of EA Sports FC is out. Billbil-kun, the well-known insider behind leaks like the Starfield editions, the PlayStation Plus monthly titles and all things Mortal Kombat, has revealed the release date of the first installment in this new phase of the franchise. We won’t have to wait too long: it will be released on September 29, 2023.

The same user claims that EA Sports FC will arrive together with the season number, as already happened with the FIFA franchise. Thus, this year’s release will be called EA Sports FC 24 and will come in two editions: Standard and Ultimate. The latter will allow you to play it seven days before the final date, from September 22. This is a significant gap compared to the early access of FIFA 23, which was only 3 days.

On the other hand, a regular Microsoft Store data mining Twitter account has revealed that the EA Sports FC 24 private beta is already uploaded to the system for both current and last generation. On Xbox Series X|S it will take a size of 41.57 GB, while on Xbox One it will be only 39.23 GB. This type of testing is usually focused on industry professionals and content creators, as a step before the final release.

For official information from EA Sports we will have to wait for sometime this month. July was the framework chosen by Electronic Arts to announce its important step forward in the franchise. In this link you can find out what you can expect from the migration of FIFA to the new brand, which includes all licenses at club and game mode level (except for the World Cup).

We still have to wait for Electronic Arts to release an official statement regarding these dates, but it fits very well with what the studio had us used to with its previous title.
