It’s finally over. Microsoft can now complete the purchase of Activision Blizzard. Life begins to smile again at Phil Spencer, with the goal line just in view, and many Activision games and franchises within the Xbox family. After months of confrontations with international courts (and Sony), exchanges of statements, and setbacks, we had almost forgotten everything that is at stake with this purchase, which is not exactly small. And to refresh your memory, today we are going to do a quick inventory to give us perspective on the importance of such a move.
