Rockstar Games

Everyone is clear about what game Rockstar should make after GTA 6

Fans of the company are already debating what the company’s next video game should be.

With just a few months to go until the global release of GTA 6 (barring an unexpected last-minute delay), Rockstar fans are already thinking about the company’s future and have made it clear what their next project should be. In a debate on Reddit, the community has weighed in, and the fans’ favorite choice is surprisingly neither Red Dead Redemption 3 nor another installment of Grand Theft Auto.

The most requested title by gamers is Bully 2, a sequel that people have been waiting for almost two decades. The original game, released in 2006, was very well received by both the press and the public. Although Rockstar worked on a sequel for some time, the project was eventually canceled. Since then, thousands and thousands of users have been hoping that Rockstar will reconsider and give the game a second chance.

Rockstar making a pirate game?

There is also a palpable interest in bringing back the L.A. Noire IP with a game that continues the story but moves the setting to Chicago, a city known for its strong Mafia presence. Many other Rockstar fans are also calling for a Max Payne 4. However, the company is already working with Remedy Entertainment on remakes of the first two games in the series, and even a Manhunt 3. However, it is believed that its extreme violence would not play well in today’s times.

Also of note is the community’s budding interest in Rockstar Games developing a pirate video game. This request has been repeated several times on the company’s official subreddit, and it’s a project that would seem to be a natural fit for the GTA developers. Meanwhile, Take-Two has confirmed that it will release four remakes or remasters between 2025 and 2027, so many expect one of them to be an enhanced version of GTA IV. Will they bring back Niko Bellic’s installment in style?
