‘F1′ with Brad Pitt unveils its first trailer at Silverstone Grand Prix

As announced earlier this week, the mythical Silverstone Grand Prix was the perfect setting to unveil the first teaser of Brad Pitt’s upcoming movie inspired by the world of F1 racing. It’s a short teaser, with little dialogue, but a lot of action on the track, which is what everyone wants to see during the weekends when this kind of competition takes place, so without further ado, here is the trailer:

‘F1′, brings the competition to the big screen

This is not the first time that Formula 1 has been portrayed in a movie. We’ve had several movies about real people and their struggles in this high speed competition. This time it will be the opposite. The movie follows Sonny Hayes (Pitt), a former Formula 1 racer who returns to the sport as a member of the fictional APXGP team and mentors a young teammate named Joshua Pearce (Idris). Other cast members include Kerry Condon, Javier Bardem, Tobias Menzies, Sarah Niles, Kim Bodnia and Samson Kayo.

The film is directed by Joseph Kosinski, who most recently helmed ‘Top Gun: Maverick’, and is produced by Apple Original Films. The film’s production also includes Pitt, Lewis Hamilton and Jerry Bruckheimer. It is also being made in partnership with Formula 1 itself. The ‘F1′ filming took place at events such as the British Grand Prix.

There is still a long way to go to see the , which will be released on June 27 in the United States and a few days earlier in other territories.
