God of War creator “fixes” Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom art with AI

David Jaffe is back at it again lighting a fire on Twitter with more criticism of Nintendo’s latest game, this time going so far as using AI to “fix” Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

These days have been somewhat turbulent on social networks for David Jaffe, creator of the God of War saga in its early days for PS2. The reason is, of course, the fact that he harshly criticized the graphic aspect of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, Nintendo’s latest and biggest game on the Nintendo Switch. Many users considered that his complaints were accompanied by a somewhat hostile tone and that the only thing he wanted was to attract attention, and this time they have gone further.

If just a few days ago he called the game “bland”, this time he has decided to get down to work and “fix” the game’s art by using AI. According to Jaffe, the image he has shared on Twitter is just what the game in question should be. In addition, he invited people to send it to Nintendo itself to “show them how to do the art next time.”
