When and at what time is the next episode of House of the Dragon 2 available on Max?
The name of the first episode foretells revenge and the fourth anticipates one of the climaxes of the Targaryen civil war.
‘House of the Dragon’ is getting closer and closer to debut our TV sets through MAX. The return of the soap opera about family estates where disputes are made through war and dragons already has a premiere date (June 16, 2024) and now we already have more information about the number of chapters and their release date.
How many new chapters of ‘House of the Dragon’ T2 will be released?
Season 2 of ‘House of the Dragon’ reduces the number of episodes compared to last season, from 10 to 8. This time with the promise that there will be no time jumps and that House Stark and Winterfell will play a major role.

The first episodes hint at revenge
Despite all this information, MAX has been careful not to reveal all the details of how the season’s story will unfold. For now, we do know the names of the first two episodes, which give some indication of where the story is headed. The first is called ‘A Son for a Son,’ which hints at Daemon’s impending revenge for the death of Lucerys, Rhaenyra’s son, who was killed by Aemond Targaryen (Alicent’s second son) at the end of the first season. The second episode carries one of the most important titles in the A Song of Ice and Fire franchise, ‘A Dance of Dragons,’ which is how the Targaryen Civil War is known in the history books of the Seven Kingdoms. A conflict that has shaken Westeros and will force us to choose between the Greens and the Blacks.
