New free outfit in Fortnite: how to get Runaway Racer for free
To get the new outfit Runaway Racer for free in Fortnite, we need to climb a total of fifty levels in Fortnite before December 31, 2023. We have a total of six weeks and three days from the start of the promotion on November 16, 2023, which is a pretty loose time frame. As we level up, we will receive both the outfit and its accessories in the following order:
- Earn 5 Account Levels (0/5) - Reward: Pickaxe Premiere Pomps
- Earn 20 Account Levels (0/20) - Reward: Wrap Haute Hustle
- Earn 35 Account Levels (0/35) - Reward: Back Bling Auto Clutch
- Earn 50 Account Levels (0/50) - Reward: outfit Runaway Racer
The Runaway Racer outfit includes additional styles: Default, No Hat, No Glasses, No Mask, and All Off.
In the Quests page of the game itself we see that these items may be in the store later, but this is the only way to get the items for free and before they reach the store.
As for the outfit itself, it is not 100% original; it is a variant of Diamond Diva, an outfit that was released in a real money pack in December 2020. And that was already a variant of Hybrid Assassin.
