Hugh Jackman is undoubtedly one of the most beloved and charismatic actors in the world, and in 2024 the expectation is enormous to see him again in the role of one of his most iconic characters: Wolverine. Since the first ‘X-Men’ movie in 2000, it’s been more than two decades of taking on the role of one of the most popular superheroes in the Marvel universe, and ‘Deadpool 3′ could mean the definitive farewell to Wolverine by the actor. How do you prepare to embody one of Marvel’s most physically powerful characters? You can imagine it, a training in which there are no days of rest, as putting yourself in the shoes of the brave mutant requires a great effort.

No days off- except for tomorrow,” Hugh Jackman says on his Twitter/X account, adding a hashtag that reads “becoming Wolverine again.” The Australian actor is usually very open when it comes to showing his training, a preparation in which, as we see, he does not forget the dumbbells, strengthening himself so that his muscles are at the level of Wolverine.

Hugh Jackman and the long-awaited ‘Deadpool 3′

The union of Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman in ‘Deadpool 3′ is, without a doubt, the most anticipated superhero film of 2024. A movie that aims to turn 20th Century Fox’s entire Marvel universe upside down, in which the X-Men stand out especially, so there is no better character than the most controversial antihero to give a possible twist to the MCU and the licenses that were part of Fox’s legacy. We will have to wait until summer, but Jackman’s training continues to intensify to live up to the character at the age of 55.
