The live-action of ‘One Piece’ on Netflix has been a huge success, a production that has broken many myths about this type of adaptation and has elevated the careers of all its protagonists thanks to their charisma and good work. Iñaki Godoy, the Mexican actor who plays the monkey D. Luffy, wanted to talk on his social networks about what his debut in the series meant, a moment of enormous emotion that completely changed his life.

Iñaki Godoy’s message reads as follows: “This is it, the moment in which I put on Luffy’s straw hat for the first time. I didn’t know what to expect at all, I just knew that I would move forward with courage and passion, like Luffy would.
