Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 and Shibuya Incident arc release date

Our favorite sorcerers are back on Crunchyroll with what for many is one of the best arcs in this shonen history, the famous Shibuya Incident.

Update:
Jujutsu Kaisen Temporada 2

The wait is over. Jujutsu Kaisen is back, and its second season is expected to be one of the biggest events of the year. After all, it will cover the famous Shibuya Incident, considered one of the best arcs in the history of this manga. Now pay attention, because Crunchyroll has announced the release dates of everything and we are facing a real gibberish with several breaks and summaries. Get out your calendar and make a note of it:

  • A new episode will be released on Crunchyroll every Thursday between July 6 and August 3. These episodes will cover the Hidden Inventory arc and the Premature Death arc.
  • The following week, on August 10th, a summary chapter of this first month will be released, which will also link to and summarize the events of the movie Jujutsu Kaisen 0 (a prequel to the anime released last year).
  • Another recap will be released on the 17th, this time about the first season of Jujutsu Kaisen.
  • On the 24th there will be a break without anime, “due to other programming.”
  • And on August 31st, the Shibuya Incident arc of Jujutsu Kaisen will begin.

Needless to say, this is a great time to catch up on the anime, so we also leave you with an article on how to watch Jujutsu Kaisen in chronological order. And if you are interested in watching the manga, which is at chapter 227 and has 24 volumes, we remind you that the second season would start at chapter 64 of volume 8.

The Jujutsu Kaisen video game

On another note, Bandai Namco has just announced the first “big” video game in the series, which will feature 3D fighting like the latest Naruto and will be called Jujutsu Kaisen Cursed Clash. It will come to PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and Steam on a date yet to be determined and promises to remain faithful to the original work and have “more than 15 fighters” to choose from. Here is its first trailer:
