Kingdom Come: Deliverance II’s low graphics mod that makes it look like a PS2 game
Thanks to the community, the new RPG from Warhorse Games can be played on underpowered computers.

This month saw the release of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 was released, an open-world RPG that ended up consolidating itself as one of the first candidates for ‘Game of the Year’ for thousands of users. As a result of its international success, many players began to develop mods for the PC version, and one of them ended up going viral on social networks through a new comparison of the YouTube channel ‘ElAnalistaDeBits’.
On this occasion, we compare the ‘Ultra’ configuration of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, which presents a spectacular visual aspect, with that offered by the mod called ‘Ultra Low’, which drastically reduces the graphical quality of the video game. The result of the latter is quite reminiscent of that presented by many titles of the PlayStation 2 era, but the truth is that its existence is very beneficial for the community. The aim of this mod is to make the game enjoyable on less powerful computers, sacrificing numerous details such as textures, shadows and complex visual effects.
A mod that lets you play Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 on your old PC
The official description of the program reads as follows “This mod sets the graphics extremely low, allowing you to run KC:D on older graphics cards with less RAM/VRAM, as well as making the game run on higher FPS on cards that don’t meet the recommended specs.”
ElAnalistaDeBits took advantage of the release to do a great and funny comparison that shows the big differences between the two versions of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. The video became so popular that even Luke Dale, the actor who plays Hans Capon in the video game, reacted in a funny way through his X account. For those interested in trying it out, the “Ultra Low” mod is completely free and can be downloaded from the Nexus Mods portal.
