‘Masters of the Universe’ star stuns with bodybuilder physique transformation

If you’re going to play He-Man, you have to get in shape, and that’s exactly what Nicholas Galitzine has done. The 30-year-old British actor is set to star in ‘Masters of the Universe,’ which will debut on Prime Video in 2026, and he’s already started a workout that’s starting to pay off, as evidenced by a revealing picture posted to Instagram.
Galitzine, who has participated in films such as ‘Purple Hearts’ or ‘Red, White & Royal Blue’, has posed with his co-star Camila Mendes (‘Riverdale’), who will play Teela, in a picture in which both show the fruits of the first training sessions with a luxury tutor. The tutor is none other than Hafthor Bjornsson, a burly Icelandic actor who stands over six feet tall and weighs 200 pounds, and who played Ser Gregor Clegane, “The Mountain,” on ‘Game of Thrones.

The Masters of the Universe live-action project was forged at Netflix, although the platform would eventually cancel it to be bought by Amazon.
“10-year-old Prince Adam who crashed to Earth in a spaceship and was separated from his magical Power Sword—the only link to his home on Eternia,” begins this synopsis. “After tracking it down almost two decades later, Prince Adam is whisked back across space to defend his home planet against the evil forces of Skeletor. But to defeat such a powerful villain, Prince Adam will first need to uncover the mysteries of his past and become He-Man: the most powerful man in the Universe!”
Travis Knight, responsible for the fun ‘Bumblebee’ from the Transformers universe, is directing and already has a well-defined cast. It includes actors like Idris Elba, who will play the Man-at-Arms, and Jared Leto, who will play the villain Skeletor. The movie, as we said, is scheduled to be released on Prime Video in 2026.
