‘One Punch Man’ announces its Season 3 with a first, brutal trailer
The strongest hero is set to return for Season 3 of ‘One Punch Man’, with its first trailer giving us a new look at the beastly Garou.
‘One Punch Man’ the popular webcomic created by One in 2009 and which made the leap to manga format in 2012 with illustrations by Yusuke Murata, is one of the most notable anime adaptations of recent years. After two first seasons at a high level, it has been a long time since we heard news of season 3, but now we finally have its first trailer, and it looks as spectacular as we could expect.
The trailer revolves around Garou, a human who aims to be the counterpart of the protagonist of the series, dreaming of becoming a monster and destroying the heroes of the planet, hunting them down. In the video, we can see him fight against two monsters that he ends up pulverizing, while the narrator tells us about Saitama’s limitless power, with a Garou in the background who aims to get closer to it, the supreme power against the supreme fear. The series will reveal new posters every month with the main characters of the third season, and it has already started with one showing off Saitama, the protagonist.
When will ‘One Punch Man’ season 3 come out?
There is still no release date for season 3 of ‘One Punch Man’, so despite the enormous incentive of seeing the trailer for the return of one of the most popular anime of recent times, we will still have to wait for the release date confirmation and see if the series starts again in 2024 or if we will have to wait until 2025. The first season of the anime was made by Madhouse studio, while the second was by J.C. Staff, who will also be in charge of this third season. The doubts that existed around season 2 regarding its animation may have made the news that the new ‘One Punch Man’ will be carried out by the same studio not happy to fans of the series.
