Overwatch 2 Details Collaboration With Cowboy Bebop, Coming Next Week
The second anime collaboration has a release date, bringing skins and other cosmetic content to Blizzard’s team-based shooter.
3, 2, 1... Let’s Jam. After almost a month of waiting, the collaboration between Overwatch 2 and Cowboy Bebop is detailed, showing some of the elements that will come to this temporary event in Blizzard’s shooter.
With a trailer that you can see above, Blizzard presented what will be their second collaboration with an anime after trying their luck with One Punch-Man. And boy, did they choose well. Elements of Cowboy Bebop will be coming to Overwatch 2 on all platforms this March 12th, with everything from the music to the designs, gestures, and game intros for some of the game’s characters inspired by the famous 1998 anime.

While the Season 9 trailer gave us a small glimpse of what this collaboration would look like, with that quick look at Cassidy as Spike, we now know that he won’t be arriving alone, and that more Overwatch heroes will be taking on the look of other crew members of the Bebop, which include
The final designs for these skins will be revealed in-game on March 11, one day before the event begins. Additionally, the Wreckingball skin as Ein can be unlocked for free.

Champions, the ninth season of Overwatch 2 started last February 13th and currently has 4 weeks to go.
