Overwatch 2 x LE SSERAFIM: Everything you need to know about the new game mode

The collaboration between Overwatch 2 and K-pop band LE SSERAFIM continues to grow. In addition to the music video for their new single “Perfect Night” premiering this weekend, and the band’s performance at the BlizzCon 2023 closing ceremony following the Community Night, Blizzard has revealed more details about the temporary in-game event coming this week.

Concert Clash, the in-game collaboration between LE SSERAFIM X Overwatch 2

The details of this in-game collaboration were unveiled in a new video on the Overwatch networks, showing the first details of the temporary game mode, Concert Clash. While the trailer does not give all the details about this experience, it was revealed that it will be a 3v3 capture the flag battle mode within the Downtown Busan map.

From what we can tell, the five protagonists of the music video and Junkrat will be the selectable characters for this event. This content will be available starting November 1st, and there is no end date at this time.

This collaboration will also include a series of cosmetic skins for the game. These will include five dance emotes, as well as LE SSERAFIM-inspired skins for D.Va, Brigitte, Kiriko, Tracer, and Sombra, as seen in the music video.

Additionally, playing Concert Clash will unlock an opportunity to earn the Legendary Junkrat Fawksey James skin for free through a yet-to-be revealed challenge. It remains to be seen how the 5 previously announced skins and emotes will be unlocked.

BlizzCon 2023 returns this weekend

After a four-year wait, BlizzCon will once again take place in person at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California. A lot has happened in the past few years, and with many changes on the horizon for Blizzard, it will be interesting to see what they have to show. Overwatch 2 will be one of the major titles at the event, with the unveiling of its new hero at the opening ceremony, as well as the finals of its World Cup.
