Palworld continues to break records, this time on Xbox Game Pass

Palworld is undoubtedly the biggest phenomenon of 2024 so far in the video game industry. A title that continues to attract millions of players thanks to its uncommon proposal, and that is generating all kinds of compliments because of its similarities (but mostly, differences) to Pokémon.

Palworld has managed to be the most successful launch of a third-party game on Xbox Game Pass, managing to bring together more than 7 million players since its release. Figures of enormous impact that are on par with Pocketpair’s numbers on Steam, and shows the large number of players who have discovered and are enjoying the popular game through Microsoft’s subscription service.

Xbox Game Pass already has more than six years of experience, a service that went on the market in the year 2017 and it is one of the best options on the market to enjoy a large number of video games. In all that time and with a multitude of third-party titles appearing in its catalogue, none had achieved the success and figures of Palworld.

Palworld’s numbers do not stop growing, with a total of 19 million players worldwide: 12 million on Steam and 7 million on Xbox. It must be taken into account that this is an Early Access release and that the game is only available on these two systems, so these figures could be even more powerful if it were available on the rest of the consoles.

Pocketpair has a title with enormous potential in its hands, and that is why they have already shown their early access Roadmap and everything they plan to add to a game that seems to be here to stay.
