Play Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer for free: date, time, maps and modes
Following the release of Modern Warfare 2 Season 3, Activision Blizzard is launching a free trial that will run for several days.
In the heat of the third season of Battle Pass, Activision Blizzard has confirmed a new test of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, the latest game in the franchise. Players will have the opportunity to enjoy multiplayer for several days, from Wednesday, April 19 through Thursday, April 26.
While this trial does not include all of the multiplayer content, it does include some of the elements from Season 3.
When does the free multiplayer trial of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 start?
The free multiplayer trial of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 will begin at the following times in the United States:
- 1:00 PM ET
- 12:00 PM CT
- 10:00 AM PT
The free trial will end on April 26 at the same time it began.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is a reimagined version of the classic game, which means the story is different from the original. Developed by Infinity Ward, one of the main studios of Activision Blizzard, the game is available for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC.
