The world of anime just keeps adding up big hits year after year, and one of the most notable of recent times is ‘Solo Leveling.’ Chugong’s manhwa has stood out from the start and, in its second season, has achieved resounding success with a massive worldwide following. This has not gone unnoticed by television, which is why the live-action adaptation that was announced a few months ago will air on Netflix.

Netflix, in collaboration with Kakao Entertainment and Sanai Pictures, is making the live-action ‘Solo Leveling’. It is a Korean production whose lead actor will be Byeon Woo-seok. The 1991-born artist has participated in works such as ‘20th Century Girl’ and ‘Lovely Runner’, and now he is set to play Sung Jin-woo, the protagonist of ‘Solo Leveling’.

When will the ‘Solo Leveling’ live-action be released?

Currently there is no known release date for this Netflix live-action production. It is increasingly common to see how anime of enormous popularity make the step to the live-action format, and the success of ‘Solo Leveling’ could not go unnoticed. Especially considering that it is a work from South Korea, a country that is standing out enormously in the world of television and has some of the most successful series in the history of Netflix.

If you are curious to watch ‘Solo Leveling’, both seasons of the anime are available on Crunchyroll.
