Sonos Ace is updated: more features, better sound and more. All the details of the new update
The evolution of personal sound with new smart features.

A year after its launch, Sonos has released a major software update for the Sonos Ace headphones, focused on improving the immersive experience and everyday functionality of the device. The new version is now available globally and can be installed directly from the Sonos app.
Updates
This global update brings with it a number of innovations designed to optimize the user experience:
TrueCinema
One of the most notable new features is TrueCinema, an exclusive technology for the Sonos Ace that takes spatial audio to a new level. This system analyzes the acoustics of the user’s room to accurately simulate a home theater experience, creating a three-dimensional surround sensation from the headphones themselves, without the need for additional speakers.
TV Audio Swap for Two
Another significant improvement is the expansion of the TV Audio Swap feature, which now allows two users to listen to TV audio synchronously. Simply connect the headphones to a compatible soundbar (Beam G2, Arc, or Arc Ultra) to share content with another person without latency, ideal for movie sessions with a partner or family.

Intelligent Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)
Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) has also been improved. Thanks to advanced sensors, the Sonos Ace is now able to adjust the cancellation system in a personalized way, taking into account variables such as the use of glasses, hats, or type of hairstyle. The goal is to better compensate for sound leakage and deliver a more consistent listening experience.
Clearer and more natural voice calls
Voice calls now benefit from high-resolution audio, and the SideTone feature is incorporated, allowing the user to hear a slight feedback of his or her own voice when speaking with ANC activated. This creates a more natural feel during conversations, especially in noisy environments.
Upgrade availability
The update is now available for all Sonos Ace users worldwide. It is only necessary to enter the Sonos application and look for the update option in the section corresponding to the headphones.
