Steam reveals the Best of 2023 on the platform: from played to best sold, on Steam Deck, and more
Valve has shared the lists of the biggest titles on their gaming platform, and while they’ve not revealed actual numbers, it includes the games with largest revenues, most players, and more.
The year ends and it’s time to look back, and Valve didn’t want to miss out on the fun, showing us their usual summary of the year for Steam, the most popular digital video game distribution platform in the world. The best of 2023 shows us seven different categories in which the best-selling games are listed (in no particular order), those that have accumulated the most revenue, the greatest number of active concurrent players, VR, Steam Deck... There is a place for everything, and there are great new highlights. that have managed to succeed this year, but also classics that manage to be at the top year after year.
Within each category there are multiple levels: Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze. A classification in which the biggest hits of the year appear and at the best possible time, with the Christmas sales on Steam in full swing, so if a title particularly catches your attention, it is a good time to treat yourself.
