‘Stranger Things 5’ wants to avoid botching its ending like ‘Game of Thrones’ did.

The main editor of ‘Stranger Things’ makes it clear that the Duffer Brothers know what they have to do to give fans a worthy conclusion to the story.

The fifth season of ‘Stranger Things’ will be the last one, so fans of the Netflix science fiction and horror series should prepare to witness the end of the story of Will, Mike, Eleven and company. Expectations are very high and Robin actress Maya Hawke increased the hype even more after stating that the ending will be “like watching eight movies”. And if they were already high, series editor Dean Zimmerman has put them above the clouds with his latest statements, in which he explains that the main objective is to avoid making the same mistakes as ‘Game of Thrones’.

‘Game of Thrones’ is one of the best series in history, but its final stretch disappointed millions of people due to the way it all ended. For this reason, Zimmerman believes that the Duffer brothers are very clear about what they should do: make sure that people who say that about ‘Game of Thrones’ don’t do it after seeing the end of ‘Stranger Things’.

How is it possible to achieve something like this? As Zimmerman explains to Screen Rant, reaching “perfection” and not settling for anything less than that. Will it live up to the expectations generated? It is the next question, to which he answers with complete calm, ensuring that the fans will end up even happier than after seeing the fourth season, one of the best.

The first trailer for ‘Stranger Things 5′ already has a release date

It is the most anticipated moment and Netflix has already set a date for it (the time has not been specified). It will be released on November 6, 2024, coinciding with Stranger Things Day, the day Will Byers disappeared during that fateful night in Hawkins.
